Blue Titan Fitness & Self-Defense was founded in November of 2011 by Eric Basek, a former police officer and SWAT operator in Washington DC. Blue Titan is an official CrossFit and Krav Maga Worldwide affiliate with an amazing staff of highly educated, experienced and dedicated instructors who live to teach. Blue Titan on Demand (BTOD) was launched in 2020 as a response to the impact of COVID on gyms and health and fitness studios. BTOD offers virtual coaching programs and on-demand workouts suitable for any age or skill groups. In a team of 7 editors, I have edited the following series: Food Tip Tuesday (ongoing); Junior Black Belt, Future Blue Titans, Introduction to Krav Maga and Self-Defense.
